Seafood Stirfry
I sauteed
one sliced green pepper,
one sliced red pepper,
one bunch of green onions,
one pound bay scallops and
one pound of baby shrimp.
I added
1 tsp garlic powder,
1 tsp ground ginger,
1 tsp honey,
2 fresh mint leaves,
the juice from 2 lemons,
and one pouch of Blue Dragon
honey-teriyaki stir fry sauce.
Just before it was ready, I
added about a dozen broccoli florets. I served it on a bed of white
rice. Total prep and cooking time was 20 minutes.
